Record attendance for IMI Cornelius at "Brau Beviale"

About 33,000 specialists from technical and commercial management positions flocked to the Nuremberg Trade Centre to see the "Brau Beviale" trade fair, from 10th to 12th November. The "Brau Beviale" trade fair proved to be a great success for IMI Cornelius, one of its 1,348 exhibitors. Thanks to its global strategy and the presence of representatives from all international subsidiaries, Cornelius attracted the interest of a wide audience. The enterprise showed a variety of products selected from its comprehensive range of products in almost every area of the drink industry, from beer, soft drinks and water to juice and dairy products. The special highlight of this extensive product presentation was that almost the entire equipment was fully functional. This gave visitors the opportunity of directly getting a firsthand impression of the great performance and functionality of the exhibited products on the show.

On the one hand, the Cornelius trade exhibition was focussed on products with an efficient use of energy, and on the other hand the new award-winning soda circuit carbonators for the post-mix area, which received an award by the Association of Designers for restaurants, hotels and catering business (VdF). These carbonators save more than 40% of energy in comparison with conventional systems, and are additionally equipped with a diagnostics system. It allows the prophylactic elimination of errors by a technician before the equipment actually fails during operation.

On the other hand, Cornelius presented such innovations as the BT3000 beer tap, equipped with a 9 mm standard outlet. Thanks to its great flow characteristics and to the availability of three different shaft length versions, it is the ideal companion for any counter attachment or tower dispenser.

The range of water dispensers was also presented, showing a large variety of products. Apart from the classic over-counter dispenser towers like Pearlmax3 or the newer AquaDis, several new AquaTower products were on show. A flush wall-mount dispenser tower was the highlight of this section. Its outlet works with a touch-free control, and a UV lamp, installed shortly before the outlet opening, prevents any potential re-infection of the device interior. It is therefore particularly well suited for the use in areas with extremely high hygiene requirements like hospitals, nursing homes or schools and kindergarten.
